Promotional Offers Terms

These Promotional Offers Terms apply to promotions, discounts and rewards offered by Quick Clean Car Wash, including our app reward. They form part of our Terms & Conditions. We may change, pause or end any promotion at any time.

1. App reward — 50% off your first 2 washes (ENDED)

This promotion has ended. The 50%-off app reward is no longer available for new sign-ups. Any codes issued while the offer was active are no longer valid.

For historical reference, the previous terms of this offer were:

• Eligibility: the reward was for new customers who signed up and was provided as a unique personal code shown inside the Quick Clean app after signing in.
• The personal code was unique to each customer and was intended for that customer only.
• The reward applied to a maximum of two (2) washes per customer account.
• One vehicle only: the reward was tied to a single vehicle. The vehicle's number plate was recorded when the reward was used, and a given number plate could be used for the reward only once, across all customers.
• The discount was 50% off the booking total for a qualifying wash, including any add-ons. The reward did not apply to Showroom Detail, which is a quote-based premium service. It was valid on our Essential, Premium Care and Signature Finish packages.
• The reward could not be exchanged for cash and had no cash value.
• The reward could not be combined with other offers unless stated.

2. Loyalty points

• Customers may earn loyalty points on completed washes. Points are worth a stated value toward future washes (for example, 500 points = Rs 50 off), which we may change.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may expire or be adjusted if a booking is cancelled, refunded or reversed.
• We may correct point balances affected by errors, cancellations or misuse.

3. General promotion rules

• Offers are valid only for the period stated and while available.
• Offers are non-transferable and have no cash value unless stated otherwise.
• We may limit one offer per customer, per vehicle, or per booking, as stated for each promotion.
• We may refuse, withdraw or reverse a discount or reward where we reasonably believe it has been obtained through misuse, fraud, duplicate or fake accounts, or in breach of these terms.
• If a booking that used a promotion is cancelled or refunded, we may reverse the related discount or reward.

4. Anti-abuse

To keep our offers fair, we record limited details needed to prevent misuse, such as which vehicle number plate a reward was used for and how many rewards an account has used. Attempting to obtain rewards through multiple or fake accounts, or by misrepresenting a vehicle, may result in the reward being cancelled and the account being suspended.

5. Changes

We may add, change, pause or end any promotion, reward or loyalty benefit at any time. The latest terms will be posted on our website and app with the “Last updated” date shown above.
